Just by use of making a phone call, passengers will be assisted to do check-in process for their flights quickly and professionally, save waiting time at the airport and limit contact, ensure health safety, especially during the upcoming Holidays and Lunar New Year.

+ Application for Domestic flights – Vietnam Airlines departure from Tan Son Nhat and Noi Bai International Airport.
+ Service is only available from 12 hours up to 02 hours prior to departure time.
+ Receive your boarding pass by email and complete check-in at a dedicated counter at the airport.
+ Check-in luggage at dedicated counter.
- Complete the check-in process quickly by just a phone call to the hotline 1900 6265 (from 8:00 to 20:00), fee: 5000 VND/minute.

- Telephone Check-in services has been offered by Vietnam Airlines and VIAGS since 2019 and received a great response from passengers with nearly 16,000 calls in 2021, 8 times higher than the first year of its appearance.
