VIAGS ATTENDED THE SERVICE CONFERENCE 2019 AND RECEIVE 2 GROUND SERVICES COMPANY AWARDS

On October 12, the Service Conference 2019, the delegates listened to three professional reports, including:

  • Business environment of VNA and Product Orientation for the period 2020-2021 of the Planning and Development Board;
  • Nielsen domestic market research brief; introduction of sale programs in 2020 and the purposes of the trading group for service activities of the Marketing and Selling Products Department.

In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation of VIAGS participated in a roundtable discussion about the topic "Ensuring aircraft interior engineering". In particular, the delegation of VIAGS also brought a short film conference to introduce about the comprehensive service quality of VIAGS.

At the end of the Conference, VIAGS was honored to be honored with two prestigious awards including:

  • The best performance domestic ground handling company 2019.
  • The most Innovative new product ground handling company 2019

This year's service conferences has implemented tasks for 2020, the last year for a 5-year task, which will also be a foundation, a premise and a prerequisite for the Vietnam Airlines (VNA) has grown tremendously in the next period with the aim of 5 stars.
