VIAGS OFFICIALLY RE-OPERATED THE LOTUS LOUNGE AT DA NANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

On January 2, 2022, the Lotus Lounge directly operated and managed by VIAGS at Da Nang International Airport officially reopened after 3 years of suspension due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

VIAGS is honored to welcome and serve the first group of customers, who are business class passengers, and regular card passengers on China Airlines flight CI790 (Da Nang - Taipei route) departing from Da Nang International Airport at 17:35 PM.

At the Lotus Lounge, passengers can experience various services while waiting for departure time such as: buffet bar with a diversity of Asian - European cuisines and beverages; working place with computer system, printer, scan, fax; other facilities such as toilets, bathrooms, massage chairs, private smoking areas, televisions, newspapers, magazines, ...

The welcoming service took place conscientiously and respectfully; and VIAGS received compliments for the high-class interior design, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the quality of the food as well as the attractive decoration.

Currently, Lotus Lounge at Da Nang International Airport operated by VIAGS will serve 4 China Airlines flights departing from Da Nang International Airport to Taipei on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. VIAGS is expected to serve business-class passengers and customers with Vietnam Airlines cards from January 11, 2023.

 The reopening of the Lotus Lounge is one of the activities to complete the synchronous service chain of quality according to the 4-star standard from ground to air of Vietnam Airlines. At the same time, this is an important factor to be able to contribute to Vietnam Airlines’s goal of becoming the first 5-star international airline in Vietnam.
