VIAGS PROUDLY ACHIEVED THE 5-STAR STANDARD CERTIFICATE OF FOOD SAFETY FOR LOTUS LOUNGE (DA NANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT)

At the 2022 Food Safety Conference oraganized by Da Nang People's Committee in January 2023, VIAGS proudly achieved the 5-star standard certificate of food safety for the Lotus Lounge (Da Nang International Airport).

To achieve the certificate of 5-star food service business, VIAGS applied the highest standards of service in operation from the very first days. VIAGS also invested in luxury interior and facilities systems such as waiting areas, relaxation seats, modern massage chairs, bathrooms, smoking rooms, high-speed internet connected computer desks, etc.

With a diverse and high-quality buffet bar, passengers will have a chance to experience cuisines not only from Vietnam central regions but also European countries. With comfortable, classy service and dedicated, professional staffs, Lotus Lounge at Da Nang International Airport promisingly brings satisfying and memorable experience to passengers before their departure time.

Although there are thousands of food service businesses in Da Nang city, only 22 businesses were acknowledged to meet the 5-star service standards after the review and evaluation of Da Nang City People's Committee. This further affirms that the service quality of VIAGS in general and the Lotus Lounge’s service at Da Nang International Airport in particular are worthy of being the choice of various global airlines.

Ms. Ngo Thi Kim Yen, Vice Chairman of Da Nang People's Committee - Deputy Head of the Department of Food Safety delivered a speech at the conference.

After 2 years of suspension due to the Covid-19 pandemic, from January 2, 2023, Lotus Lounge at Da Nang International Airport has been reopened to serve business class passengers as well as passengers joining the frequent flyers programme on flights of Vietnam Airlines and China Airlines. Since the very first days of the year, the Lotus Lounge was highly appreciated by passengers for its high-quality service as well as impressive Tet decoration. With these good signals and serious investment in operation, VIAGS hopes to serve more passengers on flights of airlines belonging to Sky Team Alliance.
